Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rudger. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below.

30-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Shipping
If the product is defective or damaged, Rudger will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@rudger.com with the following:

• Your name

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Reason for the return

We will reply with return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
